Flipper Door Slides

Flipper door slides are commonly used in furniture, armoires and entertainment centers where the cabinet is designed for its doors to open outward. This system allows the doors to be hinged open, parallel with the cabinet sides, then pushed back into the cabinet to be hidden from sight and out of the way. This is especially helpful in areas where space and viewing angle are of concern as flipper door slides allow the doors to be hidden inside the cabinet, which creates more walking space around the cabinet unit and allows greater viewing angle of televisions.

Flipper door slides have a typical load capacity from 30 lbs to 75 lbs or more, although greater weight capacities are uncommon. Some flipper door slides are sold with the hinges however you need to ensure that the hinges are the correct specs for your application.
