	Fully concealed, Self-Holdin, pivoting hinge design for tip-out trays 10" and longer. Unique self-closing spring keeps false fronts securely closed. Screwhole locations for face frame wood screw mounting or euro screw mounting on 64mm centers with 37mm set back. Less than 2mm of clearance is needed for the countertop and no clearance is needed below the false front.
