SHIPPING
Bold Hardware Co. does not require a signature on all packages. There are instances
where UPS, FedEx or other carriers of choice will use their discretion and leave packages
on porches and doorsteps. By accepting our policies, you also accept responsibility for
packages left by the carrier. You can use your tracking number to set up arrangements
with these carriers if you do not want any packages left unattended. If merchandise
arrives damaged make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Bold
Hardware Co. to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and
packing it arrived in. Notify Bold Hardware Co. immediately to arrange for a carrier
inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify Bold Hardware
Co. of damaged goods within the first 72 hours of arrival, our regular return policy will
override any claim of damages. Call us to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of
damaged merchandise.
RETURN FOR REFUND
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for ALL returned
items. Please contact our Customer Care department at 888-300-8020 to receive your
RMA#. Having your original order number handy when you call will assist in expediting
this process.
Return orders must be in resalable condition in order to be eligible for a full refund. Any products which are damaged in transit will be ineligible for a refund. For this reason WE STRONLY ENCOURAGE OUR CUSTOMERS TO BUY INSURANCE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPMENTS.

Bold Hardware Co. offers a 45 day return policy. Any unauthorized returns beyond the 45 grace
period will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. This restocking/credit card fee will be
waived for customers who intend to "buy more stuff", then we'll refund 100% of your
returned product's original order value and credit your account towards future purchase
only. All products returned MUST be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and
packaging materials. All returns to Bold Hardware Co. must be approved by our sales
department.
All returns must come to us in new condition which means no damages, unused and
resalable condition. Any items that arrive used, damaged or missing parts will be refused
for credit. We encourage you to insure the package with the carrier when shipping back
to Bold Hardware Co. If the product is damaged in transit to Bold Hardware Co. the
customer is responsible to file a claim with the carrier. Orders that are not our error will
be assessed a minimum of a 25% re-stocking fee after 45 days and must be returned
freight prepaid at the purchasers expense. ABSOLUTELY no returns will be accepted
after 90 days. If you send your order/items back to us after 90 days we will not ship the
order/items back to you free of charge, it will be held until you contact us for instruction.
If any unauthorized items are returned to Bold Hardware Co, we are not responsible for
the shipping costs or refunds. If you are unsure about what to do we recommend you to
contact our Customer Service Team at 1-888-300-8020.
SALES TAX
Bold Hardware Co. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for
orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Resellers in California may
submit their BOE reseller certificate file by faxing to 916-720-0174, emailing to accounting@drawerslides.com or emailing directly to your sales representive. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales and/or other taxes on
orders shipped to any other state.
SPECIAL ORDERS
All special orders products are non-returnable, non- refundable and non-cancelable after
you have placed an order. If the product arrives damaged in transit or defective, you must
notify Bold Hardware Co within 72 hours to report the discrepancies. Bold Hardware Co.
is not responsible for items that you didn't know were special order, all special order
items are CLEARLY stated to be SO on the product information page. If you are looking
for an item and can't find it please call us 888-300-8020 and we will be happy to see if
we have it at our warehouse. There are many products that are stocked in our warehouse
that are not on our website yet.
ORDER CHANGES
We make every attempt to ship your order on the same it's received day (in some cases
within a few hrs) (you're welcome). However this may cause problems for those
customers who are used to purchasing from vendors who do not ship until the
following.... week. If you've recently placed an order and your order has not yet shipped
we will happily assist in making any changes to it. Simply call our Customer Care Team
at 888-300-8020. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to add/remove items to the
shipment, but we will try. If you refuse a package without authorization, a 25% order
rejection fee will be assessed plus the shipping charge that was a result of the refusal. We
truly care for and respect our customers and we ask for the same respect in return.
CANCELING AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order once it has shipped, we will need to contact the shipping
carrier and request that they return the items to our warehouse. UPS charges a"per” box
fee for their Delivery Intercept service so it may be less expensive for you to simply
return the shipment once it's received at your location, but we can check for you and let
you weigh the options.
REJECTING AN ORDER
If you place an order with Bold Hardware Co. and realize that you've made a mistake
(don't feel bad, we all make mistakes) please call our Customer Care Team 1-888-300-
8020 and we will attempt to stop your order before it leaves our warehouse. If the order
has already shipped we will be able to perform a Delivery Intercept on your order to
bring it back to our warehouse. Be advised that UPS charges a "per box fee for this
service. If you reject an order without pre-authorization, you will be charged all
applicable return shipping service fees, a 25% order rejection fee. We truly care for and
respect our customers and we ask for the same respect in return.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All other policies apply.
Shipping charges quoted on the drawerslides.com website do not include VAT, brokerage
fees or other charges that may be required to deliver your order to its final destination.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying these fees and it's not the policy
of Bold Hardware Co. to otherwise advise which fees will be required or estimate total
delivery charges beyond what information is provide by UPS and displayed as "shipping
charges" on the website.
For international return shipments the customer shall also be responsible for all brokerage
fees to return the order to Bold Hardware Co. These fees will be deducted from the total
amount refunded to the customer.
Miscellaneous
- Bold Hardware Co. DOES NOT offer any type of price protection. Please recognize
that prices are "as is" after purchase. If products are returned for price drop issue, all
other policies will and will apply.
- NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by Bold Hardware Co. within 90
days from the invoice date.
- Jurisdiction and Venue - You agree that any legal action brought against Bold
Hardware Co. shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to
its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any
litigation arising from your use of or orders made on the Bold Hardware Co. site shall be
an appropriate federal or state court located in Sacramento, California.
Manufacturer Specific Return Policies
Manufacturer return policies OVERRIDE all applicable policies above.

Belwith will promptly rectify any defects or errors for which it is responsible. With regards to buyer's remorse, approval for return of these goods must be requested and a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) number affixed to the return PRIOR to credit being issued. Any merchandise sent to Belwith without the proper RGA number will not be accepted and will be promptly returned to the sender. Any returns requested for reasons other than defects or errors will be credited, less a handling charge of 25% of the invoiced price or a minimum of $10.00. Merchandise held over 30 days from date of shipment without an RGA request will NOT be accepted. Any merchandise returned to Belwith must be in resalable condition. All returns are subject to Belwith inspection for this purpose. Displays and display items are not returnable for credit. No merchandise will be accepted without an authorization number, as issued by Belwith. All freight costs for returned merchandise must be paid by the sender.
